Mardi Gras Theme

Enjoy a New Orleans classic treat with our costumed beignet girls. They stroll the party in elegant costumes with beignet hats that look like you could eat them. They work with the caterer and serve on large cigarette girl style trays. All Covid safety protocol is followed.

Oversized walking heads are a unique feature of New Orleans entertainment options. They are terrific living decor and fun for photos. Each is hand made in the traditional Italian carnival style brought to New Orleans decades ago. The family business still creates custom images for parades and events. We offer large jesters, Brazilian dancers, Louis Armstrong and other famous New Orleans characters and historic characters.

New Orleans is famous for it’s brass bands and who wouldn’t love the high energy of these brass and drum ensembles. The bands are made up of at least 5 members and move around an event or are best known leading a parade. Bands can be dressed in traditional attire which is black pants, a white shirt and a brass band hat. Additional band members can be added for larger groups to enhance the sound. 

Bubbles abound with the Champagne Duchess Cocktail Skirt. She is dressed in a beautiful costume and serves champagne to guests. Ask about our variety of costumes available to suit your event theme. Skirt holds approx 85 glasses of champagne. Pricing includes delivery, set up, costume model, break down and strike. Does not include champagne nor glassware, disposable flutes available for added charge.

This is fun for guests of all ages.  Skilled face painters can add creative sparks of color for your guests.  Leave the party with a work of art! We can provide more elaborate looks for smaller groups.

This glam station set up includes all that you need for this Hollywood moment. Each glam station includes a professional make up mirror with lighting, a sequin table linen and a directors chair.

Guests get to live their glamorous fantasy as our make-up artists add that sparkle they need for the night! The Glam Stations are based on a variety of options that can be customized for each event. Ask about the many options including Eye lashes, Glitter Pops and more.

This unique instrument includes with the long neck and was used in historical calls for royalty and important arrivals. The trumpeter will hark the arrival of honored guests at the front door. Costume options include a basic red coat with black or white pants and knee high boots or a French style herald costume (much like what is seen for MG balls)

Entertain guests with our talented jugglers.  A variety of apparatus are available including rings, pins, glowing balls and fire.  Jugglers will need ample space in which to toss without any interaction with guests.  They are great for photos as well as greeting guests as they enter an event.

Enjoy the festive cakes of Mardi Gras anytime of year with our costumed models passing out king cakes with cute king cake hats. These traditional king cakes are a pastry served by locals for decades as a way to share the communal fun of the carnival season. These are served individually as slices or as minis for a grab and go event or as a favor for parties.

Bring high-energy flare to your event by adding one or more of our illuminated characters.  These one of a kind looks are perfect for a grand entrance as well as interactive entertainment on the dance floor.  They can be booked together or separate depending on your preference.

Add glamour and intrigue to your event with a model in costume with an LED peacock tail.  The costume is elegant and sleek and the tail includes 650 LED lights so that it can be seen from a far.  This is a wow piece for your guests to enjoy.

Talented painters create works of art right in front of your eyes. At the beginning of the event, the canvas is blank, but 3 hours later, the artist has captured the essence of the event and illustrated it onto the canvas. Guests can view the progress of the painting through the night and see the piece coming together in front of their eyes. At the end of the night, the guest of honor or client will take this work of art home with them.

Costumed Mardi Gras style characters greet guests as they enter the party. They can take photos with guests and are great passing out beads or other gifts. Costumes include royalty, jesters, carnival characters and more.

These traditional king cakes are a pastry served by locals for decades as a way to share the communal fun of the carnival season.  Have our King Cake Queen or King Cake Hostesses pass these out to guests at your next event.

Guests will be instantly transported to a Mardi Gras experience as they walk down the purple carpet. The model at the end of the carpet stands an elevated platform to give a more pronounced statuesque image of our glamor decked in traditional purple, green and gold.  Guests love this photo opportunity. Add a custom sash to include subtle branding for sponsors.  This is truly a VIP experience.

Create a photo moment for creative branding for clients with a customized sash. The sash can be created with the name of the company and made out of fabrics in the company colors.

Our Mardi Gras Queen strolling table is a great accent for food or beverage service as living Mardi Gras decor.  Our model wears a purple, green and gold costume with back piece and crown and then stands inside of the table as her purple, green and gold tablecloths become the base of her skirt.  She can serve cold food and move throughout the party on hidden wheels or she can remain still and serve beverages.  

This tradition of "masking" has been featured on HBO's Treme. Exquisitely adorned Mardi Gras Indians work each year to create a new suit of feathers, sequins and hand beading. These Indians are unique to New Orleans and guests will flock to take photos of their exquisite costumes. A photo says 1,000 words.  Indians can be booked as a single Indian or in groups with some playing drums and doing a “call and repeat” which is traditional in the Mardi Gras Indians culture.

Stilt walkers are a fabulous way to incorporate the theme of the party into living decor. Stilt walkers rise high above the guests’ heads and are perfect character markers for parades or outdoor events. They are well placed at the event entrance as they greet guests upon arrival.

These beautiful costumed Mardi Gras showgirls greet guests as they enter and then stroll the party to take photos with guests or to pass out promotional items from the sponsors. Their feather headpieces and boas add a touch of show girl

Mardi Gras royalty is available to stroll the party. They are great as photo opportunities, greeting at the door or staged on royal floats that can double as decor pieces. Crowns and capes are available to rent for guests to enjoy. They make great photos on the floats, strolling the event or greeting guests at the entrance.

In 1909 a group of African American laborers who organized a club named “The Tramps” were inspired by a musical comedy called “There Never Was and Never Will Be a King Like Me” about the Zulu Tribe. It is said this is how the now known Zulu Mardi Gras Krewe came into existence. Today the Zulu Tramps costume as a throwback to the imagery of the Zulus including grass skirts, painted faces and feather headpieces. They are an integral part of of Mardi Gras celebrations.
